Practices will consist of building on combinations of swim, bike and run and other fun strategies that will help improve skills
Locations:
For bike and run: Stony Brook, Seaford, and HuntingtonFor Pool Swim: Bay Shore, Bellmore, East Meadow, and Patchogue

Each Location has a slightly different schedule
Weather
During Inclement Weather such as Snow, Thunder Showers, Extreme Temperatures, we will opt for online practices
Other workshops throughout the year will include bike maintenance, strength/conditioning, and mental sharpness. Also as we grow, we will be adding more convenient locations around the area
