Sparks and Thunder Practice Schedule
Varies based on group and skill. We have locations in Nassau County and Suffolk County. Weekdays are After 6pm/6:30pm and Either Saturday or Sunday in the Afternoon
Storm (High Performance / Draft Legal) Practice Schedule
There are Virtual Practices, Open Water Swims and Weekend Bikes
